By using Tradinghard (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Tradinghard reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without prior notice.

Violation of any of the following terms may result in termination of your account.

General Conditions

You understand and agree that Tradinghard uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology necessary to operate the Service.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

The look and feel of the Service is copyright © Tradinghard. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript or visual design elements without the express written permission of Tradinghard.

Technical support is only provided via our E-mail or Discord server.

You must not modify, adapt, hack, reverse engineer the Service.

We may, but are under no obligation to, remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion to be against our rules or in violation of any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other Service customers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Tradinghard.

You acknowledge that there may be interruptions, incorrect data and other issues due to problems with the Service, but Tradinghard shall not be held liable for this.

Service and Prices

Tradinghard reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice.

Prices for all Services are subject to change upon prior notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes on the Tradinghard website or on the Service itself.

Tradinghard shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Refund and Cancellation

After making the payment your account will be queued for approval, approval of the payment may vary depending on network and system congestion, it will be approved as soon as possible and Tradinghard does not accept refunds after this point.

You have the right to cancel the package you have purchased, you need to contact support for this, but Tradinghard will not refund you for this.

Payment

Downgrading the package level of your Service may result in loss of features or capacity of your account. Tradinghard does not accept any liability for such losses.

The infrastructure we use to receive payments is the infrastructure we receive from 3rd party service providers serving in this field, Tradinghard is not responsible for any delays or network density problems that may occur here, late approval of your account or other problems that may occur.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tradinghard cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any law in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Your login information can only be used by one person.

You must be a human being. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not allowed.
